If there was an option to rate EE zero stars, I would.
Since I gave my Mother a smartphone for Christmas, EE have REPEATEDLY FAILED to properly apply data packs, which have resulted in her credit being cut off half way through the pack's duration. The last one was bought on 19 June and today, 29 June, has been cancelled FOR NO REASON.
My Mother is 82 and lives on her own in a remote area of North Wales. Unfortunately EE is the only network that has any coverage where she lives (otherwise she would have switched months ago). I am 350 miles away in London and we both need the security of knowing she can contact me if she needs to.
I have spent literally hours on the phone to EE about every 3 weeks to try and get this sorted out and it KEEPS HAPPENING.
If you have any alternative supplier providing coverage near where you live DO NOT SIGN UP WITH EE, THEY ARE USELESS!!
