Spoke to several customer service representatives about issues with bill over a period of 3 weeks
Complaint still not solved….nobody in customer services seems to no what’s the issue with bill is clearly can see iv paid to much🙈
Told I was getting a refund still not received would never use again
Will swap provider next year
