they have no customer service
they give you no help whatsoever yet they extort money out of you for non working phones each month
their solution to everything is "turn it off and on again"
their so called fast broadband is super slow and constantly buffers
no english call centres
they don't care about their customers and fob them off with lies and excuses
they should be shutdown
