My phone stopped been able to receive calls and text messages. Went to the local ee store they diagnosed the problem was on there side.
They don't care about there customers, I have called ee multiple times they won't explain what the problem is. I have a business and am losing money daily because of my phone. This has continued for 2 weeks I'm been told it's going to be fixed daily, which hasn't happened. I've asked for my contract to be cancelled. They want me to pay a massive fee to cancel which I'm ovesly not going to do,so now im stuck in a contract were there not providing a service. Absolutely the worst network provider ever. They do not care about their customers
