Charging a client of theirs for a mobile phone he has never bought! We have been trying to resolve the problem for the last a couple of months unsuccessfully. They have agreed that it is their mistake but the client still gets charged £50 per month on top of his normal bill for nothing! The manager of the shop never returns my calls and the last time I have been left on hold for 40 min until I put the phone down. Extremely disappointed with the costumer service in this particular shop - Tooting Broadway in London
