Spoke to an agent who failed to make note on the system and did not call me back as promised. I called several times and encountered rude and abrupt agents who needs training in customer service. When a so called manager eventual called back, she denied I had the conversation with the agent as it was not logged on their system, nor could she find a voice recording of it. Very convenient! I really do not understand the cowboy service a big company like EE operates. To say I an unhappy is an understatement.
