Terrible and extremely costly mis-sold contract. Completely deceived and mis-sold a 2 SIM unlimited business package. Purchased a business package called unlimited global and promised all was included. Data abroad and calls and text. I agreed to a two year contract which was (is) expensive but I thought if it was all inclusive and a fixed monthly price it would be worth it for peace of mind. Since then I have found out the the unlimited data in Europe is actually limited (capped) and last month they charged me £8.70 for one 4 minute call to France. Terrible. This is more than 4 times the price of a business mobile contract from competitor companies plus extras. And when I tried to complain to the call centre, in the end the agent said he would call me back to discuss further, and then didn't.
