Nightmare not service. Norwich EE Sent my girlfriend totaly wrong phone, and it was totaly Norwch EE fault. How Norwich EE sloves problems? They offer to to slove your problems your self, instead of kindly suporting and helping to make up the fault they made. Went to the EE shop, they gaved number to call, Guy on phone said that the shop needs to sort this out, becouse they made a mistake, second go to EE Norwich. Shop is again giving new numbers and shaking heads, that can not help. Giving the phone to speak to any member of EE shop to sort this out - everybody tries to avoid speaking wth ther own customer service. Is that normal? EE People come on, personel must help not avoid respinsibilty
