In the store I went in the sales assistants were extremely pushy and did not listen to customer needs. I was pushed into a contract which I didn't really need. They didn't seem to care about customer service just getting customers into a contract for their commission.
They gave false information around the contract, tried to force me to take out multiple data SIMs even after telling I didn't want two and not fully advised around cancellation period. I think I would have a very good case for a mis-sold contract. As it's a rolling one month contract, I will just cancel and consider myself foolish enough to do business with them.
I have never dealt with EE other than this interaction, but after this I would be very reluctant to use them again.
