In trying to sort this the order was cancelled. Numerous phone calls to EE resulted in hollow promises of a free month, countless £5 credits to apply to my account, None of this came to pass. My "personal EE adviser" put the onus on me to prove I had these credits coming. This is when I decided to terminate my relationship with EE.
There must be a number of better providers out there ... save the money paid to Kevin Bacon and provide some decent customer service.
