I found my late wife's mobile phone recently,she died in 2014.
There was a sticker on back of phone where I had recorded the amount still in her account.
So I thought I would check whether it was still available,knowing the account was probably cancelled.
Low and behold! EE have refunded me this 'lost' amount! I am so grateful to you, I have been a customer of EE for years and remain so,no complaints
