I had bill problems which i have been charged wrong for the second time. i have been missed advised again for more times. I was so upset and wanted to raise a complaint but thanks to Tim from billing team he helped me understand more. I wish EE advises should be more like him. FYI - EE could you please listen to the call with i had with Tim from billing team, he was so helpful. after listen to the call i will expect a callback!
