Promised an Amazon voucher £75 and didn't get it, had to make loads of calls and eventually promised me the money in my bank account. Actually they just deducted off my bill. I really wanted the voucher and I think its all a bit of a con, if Ihad not chased them up for 5 months I would have got sweet FA
