Avoid at all costs absolute joke had a phone call from ee saying I was eligible for a free upgrade so they emailed the offers I picked the one I wanted they gave me confirmation email and then a call and then a txt saying your new phone will arrive tomorrow so I got rid of my hand set (going back to using an old cracked Ssamsung) only to get a call saying sorry your not due an upgrade after all and then have the cheek to charge me the inflated cost of the new contract absolute clowns.....
