Horrendous customer service. Data add ons being lost, admitted they can't track usage and blame having WIFI button being switched to "on" on my iPhone. Sent a mobile technical team number by EE and was charged £12.30 for the call! When I rang them to query, they denied sending the text (I have proof!) and pretty much called me a liar! Furious and leaving EE. DON'T EVER CONSIDER AS YOUR PHONE SERVICE PROVIDER - THEY ARE TERRIBLE
