I have to thank John at ee as I had lost my job I couldn't pay my bill so my service got restricted but after contacting them John at ee listened to my problem and sorted out my payments so I could get my service resumed. Amazing service you don't find often.
I have been a customer for years and have 3 phones and tablet and even upgrades are hassle free and the coverage is wonderful even in most places in the highlands of Scotland. Wonderful company and service.
