I have expected to collect a new phone, signed my contract and expected (was told) that "I'd be able to call the next day and collect it". Nearly two weeks later, the phone hasn't arrived. What's worse is that I've left a message every day with the EE shop in question and on every occasion, nobody has returned my call. It seems that the 'brownie points' have been earned when the contract was signed but now those in store don't give a damn. Appalling service.
