I am 18 months into a 2-year contract with them. I live in the centre of Cardiff and my signal is intermittent. The phone is already playing up 18 months into the contract. And when you ring to speak to a member of staff they are usually not interested in your complaint and have the habit of talking over you. They are a very poor company and I won't be renewing with them.
