Connection drops several times a night, sometimes for hours on end. We call customer service but it's the same song and dance every time. Utterly terrible service I wouldn't wish upon my worst enemy. Considering how much we pay them, you'd think they'd at least provide a basic service, but no. Nothing. Just a flashing yellow light and a massive bill. Thanks for nothing EE.
