I gave months notice that I was ending my contract, I paid off all of the outstanding amounts, told them I was totally finished. New number with new phone provider. I paid hundreds of pounds to finish this contract. I'm still getting letters telling me I have outstanding amounts for a phone which has been switched off, and I directed EE to terminate. Abysmal end of contract service. I'm going to leave this review on every website I can. I've made a complaint to Ofcom. If you're a potential customer of EE, good luck!
