Was sold a 2 year contract by 11 telecom, who take out the contracts.when i went into EE shop they told me to get intouch with 11 telecom who said it was EE who were responsible for contracts. I kept being passed back and forth with no help. Terrible company would definately NOT recommend. My conract runs out next May and have made it clear never to phone me to renew it.
