For anyone that reads this steer well clear of these people as they only take your money and promise lots lots of support but give nothing apart from empty your bank account I was with ee for 3 years until recently as they are totally inept and this is nothing to do with Covid 19 after 3 new sims and 2 phones they still couldn't get it right and promised a refund but guess what it hasn't turned up and they never answer the phone absolutely deplorable service
