Ee is becoming my worst nightmare, i never used to get any service at night time or morning time , it has now getting slow during the day time as well, everytime i ring, they identify the fault and send an engineer but prob stays the same, one thing they are good at is taking money from my acc every month on time. Im so stressed as im working and i dont get time spending ages on hold. They used to be good when they first started, now their customer service sound arrogant and like they dont care.. they really need to work on this.. i knw im leaving when my contract finishes, there is no way im continuing but They will lose more customers if they carry on like this.
