AND ITS GOING TO TAKE A WEEK TO GET BACK ONLINE. Only alternative option they provided was to add extra data if I had a EE contract (which I dont, thank god) however hotspoting isnt enough bandwidth when I work in IT with multiple remote connection over a VPN. Absolutely a joke of a broadband company
