Please put me back on to orange, ever since I been cruelly torn from this moderately decent company to EE topping up has become an hour long hassle, wrestling with a machine clearly not fit for purpose then being shunted across to be on hold for at least 20 minutes, more usually forty, then having to argue with an idiot asking for personal information and is completely clueless as to why the machine isn't working.
And this has happened all three times I have tried to top up since orange ended. Remember when topping up meant ringing 450, waiting four seconds then putting in the last four digits of your debit card and it actually worked? Whole thing took less than 30 seconds.
