Terrible service from EE. Got a new phone in July and in September reported issues with the phone. They want to repair under warranty but I cannot do without phone for two weeks as need for my job. Terrible customer service as I have to stay locked into their contract with the dodgy phone for the next two years. Surely they are breaching the law by selling a service to me that does not work properly. I am bound by contract otherwise would have left them. Also I am with them a long time and this is the service I get.
