Not responsible! Emphasised that I require single phase with 13amp! However, I still receive the item that require 15amp!
Emailed Rinjani on 28th Jun but did not get any response till I called her!
No news from thereafter!
Called her again on 2nd July and promise a call back on the same day! Disappointment again as no call from your company!
Bad experience, bad attitude!!!
