Some item actually no longer available but still can put up purchase order, maybe this cause some disturbance even though there is a substitute item like need to do price matching.

Hi Mr Wong, First of all, I really like to thank you for taking time to do this review. It means alot to us that our valuable clients are taking time to give us their honest feedback. I do recognize that we are still failing in many aspects in terms of user experience and causing inconvenience to you like what you described in the feedback. I want you to know that I take all feedback seriously and review how we can do better as a company. We have embarked on the digitalization journey since 2017, many challenges are still there on a day to day basis that my team have put their best foot forward to fix these issues. However, some issues such as up to date listing is very complex to solve but I want you to know that whatever that we do at the company is to focus on your experience and solve these issues long term. I wanted to take some time to share with you how we are planning to fix these issues long term so you can have comfort that we will gradually do better for you. 1) Fixed processes to ensure regular cadences with suppliers to update listing (ongoing) 2) Integrate into suppliers' backend system to automatically update listing (ongoing though not many suppliers actually have a system, more suitable for larger suppliers in the market) 3) Launch an AI tool to help suppliers update listing (ongoing - long term) Sorry that we failed to provide a great end to end experience and I really hope that you continue to give us the opportunity to serve you better while we work hard at solving these critical issues for you.
