Good day to you. Overall performance is good.
But I have few point need to highlight is :-
Wrong Price quoted when during delivery pickup then only call for price revised. OTD delay.
Delivery man do not have proper DO and communication breakdown. Especially those bulky items. Our site do not have any lifting equipment for carrying the goods.
Some unique request need long time for quote.
Hope your team can continue to provide better service.
