Recently, I've ordered a 5litre vacuum oil from eezee.
Firstly my delivery could not be delivered on time. I accepted the delay.
It delayed, a further week, I accepted it as well.
Finally, the supplier increased the price of the product by 11+ dollars and I was given the option to pay the increment or cancel the order.
I don't feel it's right to pay for a product, wait for 1 month delay and be asked to pay an increment or cancel the order.
Order made 28th oct, Eezee asked for extra top up on 29th November.
I strongly feel that the supplier/ Eezee should Supply given I've already paid/transacted at an earlier date. This is not right at all. Nothing was done by eezee to waive anything at all.
Extremely poor.
