1)Received sms on 08122021 from TCK Express that delivery will be 'on the way' & received item at 8.51am. Was informed only an hour earlier ? ! I was on way to office & had to make a U turn ! No warning or 1 day's notice given.
2)Ordered on 23112021 but received 16 days later ! ?
