I was shocked to be charged $8 for transportation when I ordered 4 packs of toilet paper. The combined price for the rolls was about that at supermarkets. So where are the savings from online purchases many people talk about? Moreover this was added only at check out! I call this dishonest.
Needless to say, I don't think I'll do business with your online site unless you're the only one carrying what I really need.
