Your customer service is very good, one of the best I’ve experienced out there. Dias is very good. However I hope the platform can be improved to reflect the correct quality in inventory, or lead time if it is out of stock. At times the product I purchased from your site seems to be out of stock and a refund had to be processed - it can be quite inconvenient on my end as I need to take extra step to process the claims and submit a refund to my finance department. I hope your platform can be smart enough in future to block the purchase of items if they are not in inventory, or reflect the lead time so the customer can be more well informed before making a purchase.
