Eezee provided a competitive price for the items we purchased compared to our existing vendor which really helpful for us. Our Eezee partner also gave specific detail on item specification including availability of the item we purchased. We really appreciate the email confirmation related to PO acceptance which assure us that Eezee already received our PO and now pending for delivering our purchased items. One thing that we would like Eezee to improve is the lead time on providing us the quotation of our requested items. We received the quotation from Eezee more than 24 hours which too long for us since our existing vendor can give the quotation by 2 to 3 hours after we emailed them. If Eeezee can improve this then it will add our productivity also since we can issue our PO within the same day we received quotation from Eezee. Thank you for providing the best support to us.
