Our experience with Eezee Pte Ltd has been mixed. While the product was eventually delivered, there were several areas that could be improved:
1. Delivery Time – The purchase took approximately one week to be delivered, which was longer than expected.
2. Lack of Order Updates – There were no follow-up updates regarding the status of the order, which made it difficult to track the progress and plan accordingly.
3. No Pre-Delivery Notification – The delivery team did not call to inform us before the delivery, which could have helped ensure smoother coordination.
4. Improved communication and more timely updates would greatly enhance the overall customer experience.
