I cancelled my account with them but they never processed the cancellation. My account dashboard still says "Pending Cancellation" - so then they went ahead and charged my credit card again.
I have emailed their customer service several times but they never responded. My credit card company has tried to contact them for a refund but they cannot be reached.
One year later, still the same issue.
