I fell in love with the ring on a cruise ship back in 2020 right before the world shut down. Fast forward to this year. I took a chance and called the company and sent them a picture of the ring.. They were able to locate it and make a new one for me. It’s absolutely gorgeous and I love it, great communication and overall it was an enjoyable experience. This is not my first Effy product and it won’t be my last❤️
