I have been trying to get a new piece of jewelry from Effy made that is estimated to cost well over $20,000. I have been corresponding with Effy (and having phone calls) since September 2025. This still has not been resolved.
In spite of that, I continue to have bought Effy pieces, most recently 3 pair of earrings for my daughters, but even that was a bit of a struggle from a communications standpoint.”
