“I was hesitant about the ring but when I received it I realized it was the right choice and I have had many compliments on it. The actual necklace was a bit of a disappointment as it was smaller than I anticipated and actually the ring over powers it. It is a nice piece of jewellry and I will keep it but many have commented that it is too bad it was not made to correlate with the size of the ring.”

“Having trouble with cistomer service on getting my purchases (from NCL & Alaska store) entered into the awads program. At first I was told I could do it myself. No help, and I can't find a way to enter it myself. Then I was told (all this through email) "I will request for your 2025 purchase be included on your rewards program. " nothing yet. That was on 5/29/2025.”

“Always happy with Effy jewellery. My only complaint this time is the duty and taxes. As much as I ordered off the Canadian site the duties and taxes amounted to a 30% increase in cost. This info isn’t provided or estimated at the time of purchase online. A bit of a shock when the courier call to tell you. Effy should have better system for managing this.”
