“Communication between customers and Effy representativies has sometimes has been difficult. Effy representatives assume a level of knowledge from customers of Effy's business that may not exist. This assumption causes misunderstandings and disappointment for otherwise very happy customers. This witholding of information has caused extra work, distress, and disappointment. I am hoping they will continue to work with me to resolve my particuar issues.”

“Gorgeous piece! I just wish Effy used better clasps on their items. Very difficult to get on and off. Other brands such as Neil Lane make a very user friendly clasp.”

“I was hesitant about the ring but when I received it I realized it was the right choice and I have had many compliments on it. The actual necklace was a bit of a disappointment as it was smaller than I anticipated and actually the ring over powers it. It is a nice piece of jewellry and I will keep it but many have commented that it is too bad it was not made to correlate with the size of the ring.”

“In the past I purchased 2 rings for myself, one needed to be resized. The resizing was no issue at all. Although I am currently not in the market for any jewelry I do continue to visit the Effy website for inspiration for future purchases.”

“Having trouble with cistomer service on getting my purchases (from NCL & Alaska store) entered into the awads program. At first I was told I could do it myself. No help, and I can't find a way to enter it myself. Then I was told (all this through email) "I will request for your 2025 purchase be included on your rewards program. " nothing yet. That was on 5/29/2025.”
