“These items are way over priced. All their jewelry is made to look the same with different stones. The cost and value for their products doesn’t not justify the steep prices and for the same amount can get better quality elsewhere. There is nothing unique or special about the jewelry. Huge prices with discounts to give you the impression you’re getting a good deal when in fact you’re just paying full price at the end.”
“The clasp mechanism is terrible. I originally reached out to you to try and replace the one I lost. (,same earring as these ) no one ever had the courtesy to respond. I ended up spending another $2,000 just so my wife could have a pair. After purchasing 15 plus pieces of Effy jewelry this will be my last. Your customer service is very very lacking. I simple call would not have taken much!!!”
