There was NO quality control and inspection of this bracelet before it was sent to me. The bottom of the bangle is all scrstched, very disappointing. I want to buy my wife another bracelet, but I am afraid it will not meet my expectations.”
“Extremely dissatisfied. Had issues with a ring where the stone kept falling out. First time replaced for free. After that I was expected to pay the costs. I received a store credit. Ordered all gold, no gemstone pieces. The chains are thin, pendants very light and no 14k stamp and chains are knotted. Also, ordered 6 pieces and they are showing on the enclosed sales receipt. 2 pieces are missing. Don’t waste your money.”
