“I have purchased MANY Effy pieces over the years. I have been VERY pleased with every item until the purchase I made of the Mosiac bangle. There was NO quality control and inspection of this bracelet before it was sent to me. The bottom of the bangle is all scrstched, very disappointing. I want to buy my wife another bracelet, but I am afraid it will not meet my expectations.”
“Extremely dissatisfied. Had issues with a ring where the stone kept falling out. First time replaced for free. After that I was expected to pay the costs. I received a store credit. Ordered all gold, no gemstone pieces. The chains are thin, pendants very light and no 14k stamp and chains are knotted. Also, ordered 6 pieces and they are showing on the enclosed sales receipt. 2 pieces are missing. Don’t waste your money.”
