We had purchased the earrings and pendant on a princess cruise ship. We really liked them. I was wearing the earrings home and when I got home and was taking them off I only had one on my left ear. The one on the right ear was 'gone'. Needless to say we were very unhappy. We called you and they were very helpful. I now have both earrings and am very happy. Thankyou.
