Always happy with Effy jewellery. My only complaint this time is the duty and taxes. As much as I ordered off the Canadian site the duties and taxes amounted to a 30% increase in cost. This info isn’t provided or estimated at the time of purchase online. A bit of a shock when the courier call to tell you. Effy should have better system for managing this.
