Having trouble with cistomer service on getting my purchases (from NCL & Alaska store) entered into the awads program. At first I was told I could do it myself. No help, and I can't find a way to enter it myself. Then I was told (all this through email) "I will request for your 2025 purchase be included on your rewards program. " nothing yet. That was on 5/29/2025.
