Work in hospital and suddenly asked to work all weekend as COVID support so asked if could have delivered day before when I’m home NOT POSSIBLE... Asked therefore for a refund but say NOT POSSIBLE... They give a discount for NHS workers but completely FAIL to help me in any other way, despite not my fault I am offering to help cover shifts. Scripted emails, unhelpful, worst customer service I have ever experienced — will NEVER USE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND...... Flowers then arrive today as I tried to request in first place and I have seen better flowers in a skip — half dead and they have the CHEEK to charge £26 for a few dead carnations — definitely reporting to trading standards.
