EF used to be great. Lovely flowers and reliable delivery
They're still lovely flowers but you can't rely on the delivery and on the day they were due, the tracking information from Yodel was extremely confusing. It appeared they were on their way but didn't arrive
They arrived a day late.
I raised it with EF Customer services using the online query service.
I've heard nothing since, although they have managed to send me two requests for feedback.
I don't like leaving negative reviews but I won't be using them again.
