Disappointed as ordered for same day delivery for a birthday gift I’d forgotten to send. After placing my order, paying for it and confirming the same day delivery I later received a text to say they couldn’t deliver that day. I asked to cancel the order to be told it would be 3-5 days before I was reimbursed. Very unhappy as it was too late to sort anything else for the same day by this point.
