Hi, agree that the process of ordering was really easy, and the flowers arrived on time, on the day. However, the flowers were not quite to the standard of those that I have had sent on previous occasions. Disappointing, as it was an anniversary where I was unable to be with my partner on the day because of work commitments. As you can see from the photograph, the leaves were already bent over on arrival, and the rose petals were droopy. It will not stop me using you again as you have always been reliable. Maybe this is a one-off - but still disappointing.
