I cannot fault your customer service team but While you continue to use yodel I will not be using you again. My flowers were not delivered and when I took it up with yodel direct they insisted it had been delivered when I asked for the photo every driver takes they showed me a photo of a previous delivery to my home address which I had received 3 weeks previous I have given up with chasing yodel.
Your customer service team have arranged another box of flowers to be sent tomorrow which is great no questions just apologies and the offer to resend…fingers crossed Yodel do deliver. But as previously said I have no problems with you I cannot use you while you continue to use yodel who let you down.
