Hi there, partly my own fault as I didnt read that you sent your flowers by courier. When I got the delivery time for the flowers of 4pm-6pm, which I thought was a bit late considering I had ordered them the previous day, I tried to rearrange delivery as I was having them delivered to my wifes work address (which was obvious from the address I gave) for her 40th birthday and ahe wouldnt b there that late. I was told that as they were out for delivery they couldnt do anything and couldnt help! Surely they have a number for the driver/courier? As a result my wife did not get her flowers until the following day which by that time had wilted somewhat.. so not a great overall experience and I will not be using the service again.
